    A Japanese Classic, Made FreshTempura is a Japanese favorite made with fresh seafood and vegetables, lightly coated in koromo batter and fried until delicate and crispy. At Carlos Junior, we use 100% plant-based oil blended with Japanese sesame oil for added richness and aroma.

    Tendon brings it all together. Freshly fried tempura served over warm rice and finished with our signature tare sauce, inspired by a traditional Japanese recipe.
